A 22-year-old female presented to an orthopedic surgeon with a history of right knee pain and swelling for the past few months. The patient had no history of trauma and fever. Physical examination revealed moderate knee joint effusion with a limited range of motion. For further evaluation, the patient underwent radiography and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) [Figure 1].
